Some high-quality yards represented with CAPE VICTORY (NAP) taken to land the spoils. The Tate yard has made an excellent start to the season and their representative here made a highly promising debut in early December when second of 10 in a Newcastle maiden behind a Gosden-trained favourite. Improvement seems assured and hopefully he will take to the surface. Chance of Glory made a pleasing juvenile debut before running way below par next time and now returns after an absence of over 200 days. He's one to keep an eye on and Ollivander has to be of interest as the only member of the field with Fibresand experience having finished fourth here this month in a similar contest. Baby Maureb showed some ability on her second juvenile start when last seen in August.
