        Verdict

        Government returns to the flat following a three fruitless efforts over hurdles and can land this event from Ghaill Force and and Kahlua Bear. The selection was last seen on the all-weather here in January when running an excellent third to Secret Vision. That was a much improved effort and if he runs up to that form again today he will be hard to beat. Ghaill Force has only seen the racecourse once and that was last September. That was a very promising effort behind Bold Counsel and he should be involved in the finish if fit. Kahula Bear wasn't beaten far behind Fasylitator at Wolverhampton in January and looks destined for some place money today.In a very open event Vancouver Gold and Waterloo Corner are also worthy of plenty of respect. So not a race to get involved in too heavily, but Government is expected to go close at a decent price and gets a sporting vote.
