Verdict
There's little separating Spartan King and Mister Frosty on their running here last Thursday although the former should confirm his slight superiority on better terms today with Jamie Spencer taking over the reins. Final Tune finished fourth behind Cloudy Start when today's rival scored over track and trip recently but, despite the track riding slow, BRUNELLO won his latest start over C&D in a faster time. David O'Meara's charge has a penalty for last week's victory but this is no tougher and he can go in again. Newport Arch is creeping up the weights without winning though still looks best of the remainder.
