        Verdict

        Placed at Goodwood on his handicap debut, Ballistic has been gelded since and could go well if taking to the surface. But it could pay to stick with proven form on the Fibresand and LADS ORDER gets the vote. Only fourth over 7f here last time, Mick Appleby's charge had won by over three lengths over course and distance before that. Valley Belle has struggled off higher marks since winning at Chelmsford but Posh Perfect has slid down the weights since landing a novices' race at Pontefract back in June. White Iverson and Temple of Wonder made little impression on their respective handicap debts and both race on this surface for the first time with blinkers added to the former.
