      Profound Alexander was taking on the likes of Inspiral last season so this has to be viewed as something of a drop in aspirations win, lose or draw. Glorious Peaches did not build upon a promising debut at Lingfield and connections have taken their time before getting her back onto a racecourse. Ruby Port chased home a much superior rival at Hamilton and the handicapper believes she has work to do in order to be involved this afternoon. Early season races at Newbury and Windsor tend to be quality affairs so any money for DONNA ITALIANA should be not dismissed and Tom Ward’s filly rates a sporting pick under the circumstances.
