    Verdict

This is slightly better than the average seller and four of the runners have scored over the course and distance and another, Hamoody, over 6f on the track. The remaining entry, Bond Fastrac, was well beaten on his only start on the surface and has been running poorly following a long absence. Baytown Kestrel won a claimer here in June after which he's been running in better company. He had Electric Qatar a long way behind in that claimer but the latter had been in much better form when completing a double on the track around a year ago. THORPE BAY shot up the weights after completing a track and trip double in November 2103 and suffered as a consequence. He's down in class here, and with his rider's claim to help, is taken to get back to winning ways.
