In depth
Verdict
General Tufto is a multiple winner here including his latest start over a mile and seems better at that distance these days. In contrast, KUMBESHWAR showed a marked improvement when stepped up to this trip on his Fibresand debut last week and registered a cosy victory. He had today's rival Castle Myth back in third and David Evans' charge is worth sticking with despite his penalty. Lay Claim is another recent winner here but that success came in a maiden and he'll find life tougher back in handicap company.
