      Verdict

      Statu Of Liberty won at Newcastle in November and Geralt Of Rivia finished second a Lingfield. Hobson Point ran below par when favourite at Kempton but several make their handicap debuts with a chance. Of those, King's Gem hasn’t raced since August and Shot Of Love placed over track and trip on his debut for a new yard. But KATAR found only the higher rated Clipsham La Habana too good in novice company at Newcastle and may edge a tight contest.
