Bailieborough can get recent losses back at the expense of Tre Colline, Millenio and Frank's Quest to name but three. This is a fairly open event and only a tentative vote goes to Bailieborough who picked up well from off the pace to land a claimer at Pontefract recently. Not known for his consistency in the past, Dandy Nichols' inmate put in another pleasing effort when third in a similar race to this at Beverley eight days ago, and if taking to the all-weather, should go close. The step up to a mile and an ease in grade saw Tre Colline bolt up here a week ago, and now that he is over a knee injury, he cannot be ruled out. The ex-German Millenio nearly prevailed on his British debut at Lingfield, just finding one too good in Deign To Dance, and should also be considered, while Frank's Quest and Crusoe make most appeal of those at the bottom. It is a hard one to call, and only a small investment in Bailieborough can be recommended.
