In depth

Verdict

KNOW THE TRUTH has a nasty habit of missing the break but generally shows good pace when managing to get away on level terms and, racing over the minimum for the first time, is taken to get off the mark. Nellie's Dancer was beaten seven lengths when runner-up here last month but ran well at Redcar last week and should get involved while Ken Condon wouldn't be sending Lyin Eyes from Ireland without good reason. The latter has performed reasonably on her two starts on Dundalk's Polytrack so should act on this surface. The remainder all have plenty to find despite this being a very moderate maiden.
