        Verdict

        Course regular Flying Pickets has something to find on collateral form with the lightly-raced five-year-old FRONTIER FIGHTER. David O'Meara's Wolverhampton winner seemed perfectly at home on this surface when beaten only a length by Bitaphon last month and will appreciate the return to a longer trip. Follow The Flag is a multiple course winner but rarely wins nowadays and has been below par of late anyway but the returning Thackeray can be given a chance if fully tuned-up for his first start since June. Point North has dropped to a tempting mark but a couple of previous below par efforts on Fibresand temper enthusiasm.
