Verdict

Although FIBS AND FLANNEL scored over 7f here in January, he has won over a mile before and hasn't been disgraced in handicap company of late. Willie Musson's charge is fancied to land this as his form looks stronger than that of St Ignatius, who won a couple of lowly handicaps over C&D in January. Ace Of Spies is capable in this company but today's trip is a worry for him as he's done all his winning over shorter, while Jo Boy has yet to win but may be capable of better dropping down to this level.
