Verdict
MY OBERON (NAP)has been gelded since last in action in September and is fitted with a tongue-tie on his reappearance. He was good enough to win a Group 3 at Newmarket on last year’s seasonal debut and this should prove a decent primer for next month’s Winter Derby. Intuitive is next best at the weights and can confirm latest running in a handicap at Lingfield with Ayr Harbour given today’s more favourable terms. Tempus could also go well having won a conditions race at Newcastle in good style and is preferred to stablemate Stone Soldier but both Dance Fever and Diderot face tough tasks at the weights.
