The Mark Johnston newcomer Ankara is respected in this interesting maiden, but may just lack the experience of some of his rivals, and Hessian may prove to be the pick of these. Wulimaster is having his first run for David Barker, having been with Sir Michael Stoute. He has not been seen since June, but has shown ability in two of his three starts against useful types, and can go well. Ansells Pride ran a blinder first time out at Wolverhampton, just touched off close home having made much of the running. That effort can be improved upon, and he too will be thereabouts. Hessian has good experience under her belt, with her two latest runs very encouraging, in similar class at Lingfield, placed on each occasion. While others may improve for their debut, Hessian's experience can be put to good use here.
