      Verdict

      Having won here yesterday it is unlikely that Mick Easterby's Shadows Lengthen will take his chance in this race and a better bet and more likely runner is IBROX, who gets the vote ahead of Daaweitza. Brian Ellison's gelding showed improved form when a close third behind Bentley Brook at Wolverhampton last month in a race over two miles and he has every chance over the slightly shorter trip today if handling this surface. Michael Attwater's Profit's Reality has not raced since July but has been given a chance by the handicapper on his return to a surface that he handles really well. George Baker's Naxox has failed to take to fences but appreciated the return to the flat when a close second to Key Regard at Wolverhampton last time and he is another to consider but preference is for Ibrox. Alan Brown's gelding won his maiden here last January and resumed winning ways when landing a handicap here on his most recent start in October. A 7lb rise for that success is perfectly fair and Ibrox can win again and record his third course success.
