Mr Strutter is undoubtedly well treated on Turf form but it’s a worry that he’s 0-13 on the all-weather. Satchville Flyer is another feasibly handicapped but, though he’s won three times on Polytrack, is 0-7 on this surface. BLACK SALT hasn’t been disgraced on Turf this year and was an eye-catcher on Tapeta at Newcastle when last seen. He has few miles on the clock compared to most of these so we’ll take a chance that he copes with the switch to Fibresand. Lucky Beggar may well prove the pick of David Griffiths’ three runners while it would be no surprise to see Eponina bounce back to form. Rebel Heart is also interesting lower down the weights.
