        Political Slot beat Powerful Society easily enough over track and trip last month with Street Sensation back in third. The former could go close again back on this surface while Powerful Society had earlier beaten Amity Island here when landing a claimer. But GLEAMING SUN has been thereabouts over 6f at the track in both starts this year and breeding suggests Mick Easterby’s charge may improve for the longer trip. He gets the nod with plenty of scope for further progress.
