    Verdict

Allen A Dale was beaten only a length at Wolverhampton last time and this shorter trip may suit Fox Kasper, placed over a mile at Kempton on his debut. St Peters Basilica's best effort to date came over 6f but Eve Harrington represents last year's winning yard and is related to winners in North America along with fellow newcomer Platinum Coast. ZIP has form on the Fibresand having been beaten only a head over track and trip, despite losing ground at the start, and Richard Fahey's grey gets the nod with an apprentice taking 5lb off his back today.
