        Verdict

        Rio Grande has the strongest form with a convincing maiden win at Wolverhampton last week to his credit. He's unproven on Fibresand, however, and FLYING PICKETS makes more appeal. He confirmed the promise of an earlier second at this track when running out a eight-length winner of a seller over C&D last time and there should be more to come on this surface. Adranian was runner-up over 6f here on Friday and should go well as he's already a winner over today's trip and makes more appeal than Ishiamiracle, a well-beaten runner-up here last month.
