      Verdict

      SHADOWS LENGTHEN can continue to run up a sequence with Dado Mush and Astrolibra likely to be playing for places. Mick Easterby's charge has to should a welter burden but his presence has scared off any meaningful opposition and it would be disappointing were he not able to ground these rivals into submission. Dado Mush has been badly out of form. He looked useful a season ago and with others in better form, there is a chance that we may be able to avail ourselves of larger odds than some of his back class entitles. Astrolibra won off a mark of 53 at this track. She has recently campaigned over hurdles in the interim. Nyetimber is on handicap debut. Stormy Summer was disappointing over course-and-distance last time out, particularly as he had run a fair second to Resplendent Ace earlier in the month. Daltaban appears to have lost his way and seems best avoided at present. Shadows Lengthen looks to still be on the upgrade and he can take another couple of scalps on this occasion.
