        Verdict

        Wiseman's Diamond comes here in fair form and Kevin Ryan's charge gets teh nod ahead of Bold Diva, Loose Caboose and Note Perfect. The selection was third behind Leamington back in January at Wolverhampton and he disappointed slightly on that occasion. Given a two month break after than run, he would be a major player if repeating the form of his December win at that track. He has to prove himself on this surface but he still looks the best bet. Loose Caboose and Bold Diva are both consistent but each looks high enough in the weights at present, whilst Turn And River needs watching in the betting returning from a decent break. Note Perfect is effective at this track as he showed when winning back in February, and whilst he isn't the most straightforward, he could still go well. Magiccal Song has more on the plate than when winning a lesser race 18 days ago but cannot be ruled out for his canny trainer, however we will stick with Wiseman's Diamond to defy top-weight.
