      Verdict

      Hathlool drops down in trip after scoring at Chelmsford on his handicap debut while Masked Identity completed a double with last month’s victory at Wolverhampton and is only 2lb higher. Lingfield winner Crackling returns to action having switched yards while EAGLEWAY (NAP) gets a change of headgear. The latter has failed to figure in tougher races on Turf since going close at Newcastle during the summer but is 5lb lower on his return to Tapeta so gets the vote. Charger makes his handicap debut with a shout and is preferred to Canagat.
