In depth

Verdict

Course regular BREAK THE SILENCE missed out a hat-trick here when beaten over track and trip last week. But he’s gone close over a mile in the past and, with a claimer taking 7lb off his back today, Scott Dixon’s charge is taken to confirm superiority with Fly True, Searanger and Atalanta Queen. Mr Strutter is another with something to prove over this far though is back on a winning mark while the veteran Tellovoi has won on the Fibresand before, though is hard to predict nowadays.
