Hit Mac placed yet again when runner-up at Lingfield last week and patience has run out with him. But RAMDON ROCKS posted his best effort since switching yards when beaten only a head at Newcastle on his first attempt at the minimum trip and he gets the vote now back on a winning mark with today’s apprentice claiming 7lb. Gunnerside tumbled down the weights last year and could pop-up at any time but Mehmo has yet to win on the all-weather and Q Twenty Boy is preferred.
