Men United won a Lingfield handicap just over a year ago from a mark of 69 and he's 13lb lower here, though hasn't run well on the track. Slim Chance is 4-48 on Turf but has yet to win on an artificial surface while Swendab, nine times a winner on Turf, has won just the once on the all-weather at Kempton two years ago. PANCAKE DAY has won three times on the track and looked on the way back with a decent effort here last week - he'd take some beating in that kind of form. Robbian completed a double on soft ground in October but has yet to finish in a place on the all-weather and has run poorly on this track. He had a head to spare over Kodimoor when successful at Catterick but the latter should reverse the form on the revised terms.
