      Verdict

RON O returned an easy winner back over today’s trip at Newcastle and is due to be raised by 3lb more than today’s penalty. Little Jo has been threatening to end a long losing run and finished just behind Anif before the latter scored over 7f here. Al Baahy, Chief's Will and Jack Daniel were all beaten less than a length last time while course specialist Custard The Dragon finished runner-up on this card on last year’s reappearance and can’t be ignored either.
