This looks a really competitive handicap as Eastern Hills is bidding for a fourth win in five starts and Dr Red Eye was an easy winner over C&D last time, albeit at a lower level. Dandy Nicholls is responsible for the latter and also saddles last month's Catterick third Piceno while Koo And The Gang and The Osteopath have both been in good form on turf. Powerful Presence has been knocking on the door, and Flipping and Master Leon are interesting at the weights but we'll take a chance on the three-year-old FABULOUSLYSPIRITED. Ralph Beckett's yard is ending the year with a real flourish and his filly, impressive on the Polytrack in September, should find this a lot easier than the Newbury handicap she contested last time.
