      Verdict

      There was plenty of confidence behind STENTORIAN last week despite making his debut on the Fibresand. It proved well-placed as Gary Moore's charge sluiced home by nine lengths and a 6lb penalty is unlikely to prevent him going in again. Phoenix Flight improved for the drop back to 1m6f here last time and has a bit to find with Tartan Jura on earlier form over today's trip at Kempton. The latter is perfectly at home on this surface and looks the biggest threat to the selection as Three White Socks is still 7lb higher than when scoring over track and trip last year. Anna's Arch won an all-weather bumper here last month and should go well again.
