In depth

Verdict

Hot Sugar finished behind SHAWKANTANGO at Wolverhampton in November and the latter has since landed a double over track and trip. Derek Shaw's charge ran well again back on the Polytrack last time and is just preferred to Electric Qatar, who won a seller here during the week. Monsieur Jamie looks a real threat dropping down to this grade as he's won four times over course and distance in the past and Al Khan is another course winner, but he hasn't raced since September. Edith Anne and Jiminy look up against it in this company.
