Another interesting little handicap that can go to La Via Ferrata, with Mambo Sun, Crazy Bear and Stoneacre Lil also likely to be supported. The selection was a 10f winner at Lingfield last time, and tries this surface on the first occasion. He undoubtedly has the stamina to get home, and has at least proved that fact for us before they come under starters orders, and with nothing special in opposition he may well follow up. Crazy Bear takes a sizeable step up in trip, but has the pedigree to handle it and has not been far away over a mile here on his last two starts. Don't discount him, and any market support would probably be significant. Mambo Sun broke his duck here last time and now has to go half a mile further. He is not certain to get home, and despite his yard's good form he is passed over today, while Stoneacre Lil also comes from a yard going well, though a 9lb rise for her latest win looks a bit harsh and she may be found wanting. But La Via Ferrata has proven stamina for this sort of trip and can follow up that Lingfield success.
