In depth

Verdict

This looks an open contest with Lady Babs winning at Market Rasen last month and Wisecracker scoring at Ludlow. Begin The Luck landed a course and distance double earlier in the year but the speculative vote goes to PHOEBUS LESCRIBAA, who finished ahead of Seaborough when going close over track and trip last time. Orchard Grove and Zamarkhan are not out of this either while Coral has switched yards and can race off a lower mark back over hurdles.
