Kingscombe returns to this track for this first time since winning his maiden here last April. But he's shown little in handicaps in the meantime while Follow The Flag isn't getting any closer despite tumbling down the weights and is a rare winner nowadays. Ace Of Spies is still up to scoring at this level and won over 7f here last month. He finished just ahead of MCCONNELL when fourth last time but the latter is a multiple course and distance winner and is taken to reverse running over today's trip. The remainder are harder to fancy and the likes of Vogarth has plenty to find with the principles.
