A wide open contest rounds off the card and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Lady Algaroud, Paris Tapis and Baileys Applause and the tentative vote is given to the last named. The selection has been in fair form of late without winning but he was a good fourth behind Lady Algaroud last time beaten only two lengths. He is much better off at the weights with that rival here and on these terms he should gain his revenge. Lady Algaroud rates the main danger despite rising in the weights as that was her first ever run and she looks sure to improve but she will need to do so to score and at likely odds she looks worth opposing. Paris Tapis is another that could go well despite his big weight as he is sure to have come on for his last run his first in three months. Ben Casey is another with place claims as he is from a yard in top form and looks to be on a handy mark. Of the remainder Little Biscuit is from a shrewd yard and should be noted in the market but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Baileys Applause.
