Verdict

Harry Brown brought a frustrating run of placed efforts to an end when winning a maiden over the minimum trip and makes his handicap debut. Tenjin has been thereabouts since winning at Kempton though is now 12lb higher and CELTIC CHAMPION (NAP) is taken to make a winning return. The novice winner was upped to 7f for his handicap debut but faces an easier task on his first start on the all-weather and Andrew Balding’s yard has been among the winners this week. Colnago returns to this longer trip though is upped in class.
