        Verdict

        Greenbelt is given another chance her, with Sand Repeal and Trew Style two of many dangers. George Moore's finished a close up third behind Speed Dial Harry on two occasions, before stepping up in trip here and again finishing third behind Sovereign Spirit. There were some very good yardsticks behind that day and he can gain a deserved victory this afternoon. Trew Style drops back to a more suitable trip after running out of steam behind Cotton Eyed Joe last time, a placing beckons here. Sand Repeal has obvious claims having landed back to back victories here and at Wolverhampton. However the handicapper may just have him in his grip now. Windy Prospect cannot be totally discounted on the pick of his Southwell form, but on this occasion Greenbelt is the one that gets the decision.
