Verdict

The Plumber has placed in bumpers and can figure while Mandocello finished second at Kempton on last month’s hurdling debut behind an Alan King-trained winner. The latter runs FOUNTAIN CROSS over hurdles for the first time and the latter may prove good enough given he’s been in winning form on the all-weather this year. Makthecat has placed in a bumper and debuts for Olly Murphy while Culture has won five times on the Flat, though was well beaten on a previous outing over timber.
