In the claimer, Kristensen is selected ahead of Mr Mischief and Zaville. Rated 70 when placed on Turf back in the summer of 2005, Mr Mischief is by far the highest rated of these and, despite the fact that he has not been seen on the track for over a year, you cannot ignore his chance. However, Kristensen, who is the sole course and distance winner in the line-up, was rated 70 last summer and, despite the fact that he too lacks a recent run, must hold solid claims if anywhere near his best dropping to this grade for the first time. A dual Wolverhampton winner last autumn, Zaville is another to consider in first-time blinkers, while best of the rest might prove to be Tiegs, who has at least won here, although that success came in a seller. Once again, though, the selection is Kristensen.
