    Verdict

ZYLAN is at his best on the Fibresand having won six times at the track and is versatile as regards the distance. A runner-up over 7f here last week, he’s already beaten both Airshow and Samovar here this year so Roger Fell’s charge gets the vote dropping back down in class. Doc Sportello was narrowly beaten on his recent Fibresand debut and has won off higher marks in the past. He looks a threat and is preferred to both Harry Hurricane and Aleef while Broken Spear returns to action looking to end a long losing run.
