MASLAK finished last at Lingfield recently but that may have come too soon after scoring over course and distance. Less than reliable, a chance is taken he'll post one of his better efforts today and that should be good enough to come out best. Rubi Dia finished third in last year's renewal but hasn't raced since and makes her debut for new connections and though Corn Maiden finally got off the mark when scoring here a fortnight ago with Houdini Bright well beaten, she'll need to improve further after a 6lb rise in the weights.
