Dual hurdles winner Destrier would be suited by further rain as his victory over timber at Wetherby was on heavy ground as was his placed effort in a tough Sandown handicap on his comeback last month when Castafiore was behind. He looks a chaser in the making and should make a bold bid. Swift Crusader is another mudlark though his only victory over hurdles came when left clear at the last at Ffos Las. He ran poorly in his last two starts over fences earlier this year and has changed stables. Super Sid won over hurdles here a year ago but failed to build on that and was beaten a long way in subsequent starts while Flat and hurdles winner Walsingham Grange jumped moderately on his chasing bow at Fakenham and will need to do much better. ANOTHER CRICK (NAP) showed occasional ability over hurdles but looks like being a much better chaser judged on an excellent debut in a handicap at Chepstow where he may even have won but for stumbling at the last so he gets the vote to gain compensation.
