Another tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Jackie Boy, Amadeus and Tickateal and the tentative vote is given to Jackie Boy. The selection won well last time out when beating Temper Lad and although having a penalty for that win the return to this shorter trip should suit and he is taken to defy the handicapper. Amadeus rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Canni Thinkaar but he has had plenty of chances off similar sort of marks of late and again he looks vulnerable. Tickateal is another worthy of respect on his latest fourth behind Talarive but he looks weighted up to his best. Little Task is game and consistent and is sure to run her race but she often finds less than expected off the bridle. Of the remainder Balmoral Queen has been in fair form of late in sellers but this looks tougher and for the winner we return to Jackie Boy to minimum stakes.
