Quite a competitive selling race that could fall to Polar Haze, with Legalis and Lizhar suggested as the main threats. Jeff Pearce's seven-year-old didn't do too badly in a stronger race here last time but is better judged on his second to Headland in a similar race to this back in December. There were some fair sorts behind him that day so in the context of this event the form does look solid. Lizhar also took on better company at Lingfield last week when finishing an excellent fourth behind Type One, she has good handicap form here as well so will be a danger to all. Legalis enters calculations on his second behind Up Tempo over course and distance last month. Czar Wars is another worthy of a mention in very open event, but on this occasion we will side with Polar Haze.
