Verdict

Mike Appleby bids for a hat-trick of winners in this but his What Usain posted a less-than-inspiring effort on last week’s Fibresand debut. Bridey's Lettuce went close over 1m3f here earlier but ran a shocker when favourite last time so it’s tempting to stick with My Renaissance despite a penalty for last week’s course and distance success. However, SIR JACK finished a lot closer on his latest start at Kempton and ,if that heralds a return to form for Tony Carroll’s charge, he may well open his account in this.
