    Verdict

Gordon Elliott is back in top form and though Monkeylou is returning from a long break he's greatly respected. A debut winner when heavily supported at Wexford a year ago, he couldn't cope with Listed company at Tipperary in August and returns to action in this lower grade. WENTWOOD showed plenty of promise on his opening run and had little trouble landing a Listowel maiden in impressive fashion - he looks the type to go on to better things. Krispen, a Navan maiden winner in October, made a reasonable reappearance at Listowel and will have come on for the run but My Silver Nails may do better back in handicap company.
