Verdict

Grand Bornand looked one to follow when scoring on his chasing debut at last year's Galway Festival but has gone backwards and finished a long way last at Ballinrobe last month. Ferdia is very consistent and followed a victory in a similar race to this at Tramore with a fine run in a Grade B handicap at Killarney. Railway Hurricane unseated at the sixth in that latter event after a narrow defeat at Wexford. THE LITTLE YANK has only had two starts over fences with a second to Ash Tree Meadow at Killarney looking strong enough form to give him the edge here.
