Tony Martin and Ruby Walsh are usually a dangerous combination for the bookies so Silver Reef is likely to come under scrutiny on his handicap debut. CARRIGMARTIN is a chaser these days but he reverts to timber on a 16lb lower mark after scoring over fences at Punchestown in May and looks the one to beat. Bachelor Affair has returned from a spell over fences to run well over hurdles and made all at Gowran last month. A 6lb rise makes this tougher but he can still go well. Tin Town Boy has run moderately on the Flat since his victory here on soft ground in May while Imperial Shabra, who has been mixing it with the best since landing a novice hurdle at Downpatrick in August, has slipped to a very lenient mark and should be noted in the betting.
