Verdict

Radar, who was twice successful over fences here last term, ran promisingly over an inadequate trip on his recent return over hurdles and is the TEAMtalk selection to take the honours. The son of Petardia shaped as though he would appreciate this trip when a staying-on third over two miles at Kelso earlier in the month and there could be a little improvement to come. Central Committee has had his problems but showed he ws no back number when scoring at Bangor recently and can't be dismissed while Gypsy is just 2lb higher compared to his Wolverhampton victory in July and should also go close. Rosalyons and Plenty Courage are well treated but both would have preferred easier ground to show their best.
