Verdict

Frustrating to follow last season, Young Lieutenant has had wind surgery since last seen and Warren Greatrex will be hoping that helps his charge in his bid to finally open his account over timber. But FORTUNATE FRED may enjoy a fitness advantage and he was still bang in contention when falling at the last over course and distance last month in a race that’s worked out well. None of the others make much appeal.
