Verdict

A very weak novices' handicap in which most are hard to fancy. Short Takes was beaten in a seller over hurdles when last seen but might improve for the switch to fences and his stable is in better form now. Aregra is relatively unexposed but PRIVATE JONES has hinted at ability on occasions so gets a tentative vote, though he's not really bred to jump fences.
