Echo Point gets the nomination here and is taken to get the better of Bougoure and Monsieur Delage. The selection has not been seen out since the start of the year when he won at Fairyhouse beating Limestream. The ground was soft that day so he will not be inconvenienced by any further rain, and he has also proved that he goes well fresh. He is sure to have been well-schooled for this his hurdling debut and he is taken to lead them home. Bougoure rates the main danger as he hails from a top yard and he will also have conditions to suit. He won a bumper at Catterick last time out and he is another that is sure to have been well-schooled. Monsieur Delage showed promise on his hurdling debut at Market Rasen last time when third behind Square Mile. Emmasflora finished second in that race and she has since come out and won, so that gives the claims of Monsieur Delage an obvious boost. Scotmail hails from a top yard and has shown enough in three bumpers to make him interesting, but for the winner we will stick with Echo Point.
